Punctuality
Time is valuable to all of us. Punctuality is a necessity for your reservation with us. Any client arriving late may be asked to reschedule, or shorten their scheduled service time.
Cancellation
All services require a 24 hour cancellation notice.
Children
In consideration of all of our guests, we encourage clients not to bring their children to the salon unless they are receiving a service.
Cell Phones
Please be considerate of others while using your cell phone in the salon.
Guarantee
We guarantee all of our services. Please notify us within 7 days if there is a problem. Chemical services are only guaranteed with the use of professional products.
Updates
Please notify us if you have a change in name, address, email address or phone number so we always have the correct information on file.
