Salon Etiquette  


At Eclips we strive to create a sanctuary where you will feel pampered and cared for, away from the everyday stress of the outside world. For the utmost comfort of all our guests, we call your attention to salon etiquette that allows us to better serve our clientele.

Punctuality

Time is valuable to all of us. Punctuality is a necessity for your reservation with us. Any client arriving late may be asked to reschedule, or shorten their scheduled service time.

Cancellation

All services require a 24 hour cancellation notice.

Children

In consideration of all of our guests, we encourage clients not to bring their children to the salon unless they are receiving a service.

Cell Phones

Please be considerate of others while using your cell phone in the salon.

Guarantee

We guarantee all of our services. Please notify us within 7 days if there is a problem. Chemical services are only guaranteed with the use of professional products.

Updates

Please notify us if you have a change in name, address, email address or phone number so we always have the correct information on file.

Eclips accepts cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
